You ready?
Let's go.
I think that when we have had moments like I've had where we have struggled with self-esteem and low self-worth, it is affirming that the world only spins if we're in the center of it.
And it can be edifying for us that everyone needs us.
It makes us feel valued.
It makes us maybe stressed and all of those things too.
But we kind of like that this world will fall apart if I wasn't in it.
And I do think that there is a need for us to de-center ourselves and to not need the world to revolve around us if we're really going to experience the type of liberation that allows them to, one, grow up and be self-sufficient, but also for us to be affirmed outside of what we do for other people.
We have to remove...
the need for other people to center themselves around us.
I don't cook as often as I should.
We definitely have support in the kitchen because it's a lot of work and a lot of mouths to feed.
It's a lot of food.
I don't do the laundry.
This is what I started doing when I started growing in the area of revenue.
I started asking myself, how much of this am I doing that someone else could do that would not necessarily damage my children?
And they do not care whether or not I fold their clothes.
No.
They don't.
No.
