So I sit down exhausted.

There's no medicine in the pharmacies.
He tells me that people are dying, that his family members are dying.
And they're not dying because of war.
They're dying because of starvation.
And I had this little moment of, okay, this is what I'm doing.
And the way he's talking about this country, I'm making that a reality right now.
I knew that we'd probably go out the next night for another boarding.
