Will, take me back to that 1998 Sydney to Hobart race.

What do you remember about setting out?

Well, what happened or what had changed by that next morning, by the 27th?

What did you wake up to that morning?

How many kilometres is that, 79?

What happens with the boat when you do that in strong winds?

Were people, sailors, staying on deck as these winds and waves were picking up?

Do you remember falling?

What was the experience like if you'd been lying down?

How physically shook up were you?

But you don't want to open the hatch because water will just flood in.

Was there water coming in at all?

Really, in that tone of voice?

Two very lucky people, absolutely.

Is that at all a common experience in ocean racing, to be in a boat that gets flipped by a big wave?

Had it happened to you before?

So all of the crew on your boat, on the B-52, were wonderfully, thankfully safe, and the boats righted again, and everyone's on board, but you don't have a mast, and is there other damage to the boat?
