It's really a combination of a whole bunch of things and people just come up with workouts that might be hard and are hard and then we all compete against each other to be better at doing more reps.

She was very good because she had a gymnastic background doing trampolining.
And so some of the movements like handstand walks, for example, she could do that for days.
She could walk around town on her hands, no problem at all.
And that was something I struggled with at the beginning, having only done a few handstands as a kid, never really learned any of that sort of stuff.
And she taught me, thankfully, how to do it and how to do it well.
What was she like as a teacher?
Patient and funny.

She knew when to make a joke about, you know, stuffing up something and knew when that she needed to be like, it's all right, you'll do better next time.
Really good balance of understanding where you were at mentally and where you're at physically and trying to give you the push, whether it be through humour or through just that encouragement you might need to go to the next level.

She was patient and she was kind.
She was funny, very funny.
Timing of memes is still a thing.
The timing of memes and the timing of reels was always pretty impeccable.
After a workout, I might have done something dumb in a workout and she'd send me something funny to say, this is you or something like that, which was pretty good.
But it was pretty much a laugh.
I mean, it was always a good time.
