For me personally, what do I think of Andy Burnham?

I think of him as the person that has betrayed the grooming gang's victims, the rape gang victims.

That's still going on.

When he had the opportunity to hold people in authority to account for overlooking, for not challenging those rape gangs, he didn't do anything about it.

He sat on it.

And personally, I can't forgive him for that.

And I think there have been an awful lot of people up there that can't forgive him.

That area is ground zero for grooming gangs.

um and he's got that on his conscience and he's shameless about that and let's face it everybody in makerfield knows that he's prostituted himself across bootle across other areas of greatest mansion just trying to get a seat and yes josh simmons has moved aside for him so

Here we are in Makerfield, but he's got no loyalty or desire to be in Makerfield.

Whereas for me, Runcorn and Housby was home.

It was home.

And voters are not stupid.

They know that.

We don't take anything for granted, unlike the Labour Party, who have taken their core Labour vote across the North West, across the Red Wall, as we've now labelled it, for granted.
