The thing is, is like anger is action. You know, it like compels you to act and move. And so like that, if you have a lot of anger, it means you give a shit.

Well, I think you should celebrate it because like, yeah, so happiness is something you have to pursue. So a lot of people are like, I would like to be happy. But the thing is, is like that would be like saying I'd like to be on mushrooms. So we would be like, do you have mushrooms? You know, right. Like you have to pursue mushrooms to be on mushrooms and happiness. You have to pursue. Right.

To experience the same chemicals like dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin. Yeah. Like endorphins. And so I always say if you'd like to be more happy, there are different levels of happiness. There's low, moderate and high and the lowest level of like you have to microdose happiness until you build a tolerance. Interesting.
