Something's wrong.
It was everywhere.
And he died 13 days later.
But what I noticed, I think this is probably why I feel so passionately about the emotional regulation part is that
The colliding of grief and ADHD was so destabilizing for me.
It was like my brain exploded.
The brain fog was so bad.
And grief, horrific for everybody.
But I think for someone with ADHD who's experiencing that emotional dysregulation already, I had no idea how I was ever going to get through coping with those big emotions.
I was like, this is too much for my brain.
