If your deals are up and you're intending to have a succession plan, you've got to be here for the succession plan.
What is the angle into your season then of how to have success next year?
If you're going to the final year of a deal and 20 games in, you're 5-15, well, you're going to be out anyways.
Or do you go in this and say, hey, we want to get to 500 by January?
And does that change your motivations?
