The family posted the video to Instagram four days after Nancy Guthrie's suspected abduction from her Tucson area home.

In it, Savannah Guthrie described her mother as a faithful and loving woman and a beloved grandmother.

She added that the family is ready to communicate but needs to know without a doubt that their mother is still alive.

Guthrie also said that her mother needs medication to survive.

Officials with the Pima County Sheriff's Department say the investigation remains ongoing.
