I'm going to focus on the grievance end.

And I'm going to give kids the skills and tools they need to manage that grievance.

But here's the interesting thing.

I watch and read and study every single school shooting that comes along.

And a lot of times, including in Sandy Hook, we don't know what the grievance is.

We can't identify the motive.

And if you don't know why, how can you fix it?

And Dan sent me this clip of James and it rocked my world because I thought, oh my God, James has solved it.

Now we know why.

And now we can fix this.
