It's possible if it has its own power source.
I have Nest cameras and they don't have their own power source.
They don't have a battery in them.
They have to be plugged in.
And as we saw from them removing that camera on the roof, there was a solar panel that gave it the power it needed.
Other cameras are hardwired.
