put out a secret report saying, this isn't gonna work, you shouldn't do it.

The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff leaked all over the place, including the Wall Street Journal, that we're gonna run out of anti-missile missiles before they run out of missiles.

And this is a real problem and we shouldn't do it.

They did that before the war.

And you can tell at some point Trump just said,
