Yeah, I mean, I was pretty comfortable with where we were at in terms of the episode prep.

Don't get me wrong.

I really wanted to do a good job about it.

And I think like we'd heard a few things and even we'd had a meeting with his team, like some based in Canada, some based here in New Zealand.

And they'd given us a couple of ins and a little insights.

And then there was this one line which kept coming through about his eating.

And it was like, even the Meadow Fresh team were like, look, from our experience, if you want to get the best out of Steven, make sure he's well fed because he will be a lot more comfortable and give you good things.

And we'd also heard that he only ever eats two steaks at a time.

Like he orders two steaks.

With his hands.

Yeah.

So we'd set up this thread, and his brother, who was acting as his driver that day, was like, I look forward to you boys having the tomahawk steaks ready.

And I kind of was like, ha-ha.

But knowing that he was having lunch with Machu and the 660 guys beforehand, and it was a barbecue.

But then in the morning, we were like, hey, we should order a couple of steaks, and that would be a real nice touch.

So we tried on a Monday afternoon to find no chance of getting tomahawk steaks, but ended up ordering –

Eight stakes, I think, as it was, because expecting his brother to turn up and trying to time the arrival for him.

And there was just an added layer of preparation to this episode.
