Yeah, no, it was really cool catching up with her.
But yeah, great night.
It got me thinking, I was having a few discussions with people at the table about the hospice.
And I've researched, so this woman, Julie McFadden, spent her day, she was a hospice nurse and spent her days caring for people
right near the end of their lives.
And she got a window into the regrets people most commonly express on their deathbeds, and she wrote a book about it, which is called Nothing to Fear.
The three biggest regrets of people on their deathbed or in hospice care, they wish they'd appreciated their health when they had it, didn't understand how lucky they were to have a healthy body.
They wish they hadn't worked their life away.
Some people work so intensely throughout their life, they leave them with little time to appreciate life.
They regret how they navigated their relationships.
So misgivings over not saying sorry when they should have or not reconnecting sooner to estranged family or friends.
And caring too much about what people thought, not living the life they wanted, but living the life people around them wanted.
That research and that book came from a conversation I had at the gym this morning.
But they played this video on the night and you could hear a pin drop in the room.

You are capturing someone's life story for the last time.
And just...
