You know, on the other side of it, we know, you know, Jeff Bezos is famous for saying you create a bad experience for someone.
They're going to tell a million people.
So we try to err on that side of one to two referrals per customer, you know, really wow them with service, knock their socks off and go from there.
Yeah.
Our monthly churn rate is in the single-digit percentages.
So it does fluctuate on a pretty regular basis.
We try to keep it below 10%, obviously much, much lower.
Much lower than that.
We're looking at like a 4% churn rate, 3% on average.
Yeah, and it's much lower than that.
We're looking at somewhere in the neighborhood of 20%.
So we try to keep profitability as high as possible, which is why we're not willing to sacrifice profitability for top line.
Absolutely.
