Daniel Vitello was one of them, Danny Boy.

And threw them into a Facebook group.

And it turned out that all these guys lacked a kind of brotherhood or common tribe in their lives as well.

And really didn't have, and struggled to find access to these high-level entrepreneurs themselves.

And so it kind of took off from there.

Yeah, it's a great question.

And because this didn't start necessarily as a business, we were really strict about the quality of the people that we were accepting in the beginning.

And so we started out with a very core group of people.

And as people came in, as we were getting clear on who the community was for,

We weren't afraid to kick people out.

We've kicked out to date over 100 different people that either acted out of integrity or didn't fit our values or our criteria.

Just somebody dropping the ball in a business deal between the guys or somebody just acting like a complete douchebag.

For example, we have a criteria, can the guy check his ego at the door?

If we have a meetup and some guy's being a complete douchebag and doing all the talking and just talking about himself and not interested in anybody else, that's somebody we might boot.

Or if somebody did a business deal with a couple of brothers and dropped the ball on all of them, like then we'd have to look at that guy and say, I can't recommend that guy in my network anymore.

So he's out.

I actually didn't make this decision.

The community kind of did.

We were on one of our adventure trips.

I can't share too many details about who was there or where that was or what we were doing, but we were doing something pretty crazy, and the boys just basically said, we're getting a lot of value from this.
