And that's the problem with this lawsuit, because

And then you read it and you're waiting for the bombshell allegation and it doesn't come through it.

This lawsuit will be thrown out.
I don't think this lawsuit will ever see a trial.

But if I were a betting man, I would bet that this lawsuit never sees a trial.
