But one of my big takeaways here is that like frictionless habits die hard.
There's a reason why all of these tech companies are making it frictionless for us to spend our money in every single way is because it's super easy to use it.
And it makes you go back for more and more.
And so I'm trying to break that habit and at least be mindful of when I am falling into some sort of frictionless spending that's been designed to take my money from me.

I have been thinking before I spend, which is important.
And it sounds so simple, right?
But it's like, do I really need this?
And I think that has been very helpful for me throughout this month.
There's something about just having a moment to pause and think, am I going to spend my money here or not?
Or if I am going to, why am I going to and what do I hope to get from it?
Becoming a hairless cat.
That's a good investment.
