People won't stop smoking, Ciarán, unless they want to.
And it's as simple as that.
The only way I can change anything is by changing myself.
I can't change anybody else and nobody else can change me.
It's up to me to make the change.
And unless people want to change, they're not going to change.
You can provide helps for them to change, but that's all it will be if we're not changing them.
So somehow or another, we've got to start creating, getting a more positive view of the non-smoking world rather than what we usually see, which is the negative view of the smoking world.
We all know the negatives.
We're not idiots.
We're okay.
Maybe we are idiots and we keep going on the negatives.
But we all know the negatives.
The trick is to start promoting the positives.
Not castigating the negatives.
Because you won't change unless you want to change.
