Don't belittle yourself and make yourself look like a fool that you don't think that this man has spent a couple minutes on what he thinks the lineup should be.

I think the first thing you can do is, okay, I know this man's not a moron.

I know he's not surrounded by morons.

And I have personally witnessed success from this man.
