And I think we had it listed for five point two million.
We had an all cash offer for four point three.
And then we had another offer for four point seven five.
And that was contingent on them selling their house.
And so we took that offer because it was an extra four hundred thousand that ended up falling through.
We went back to the person offering for three.
They had gone on and bought something else.
The house then sat on the market for a year and a half and we sold it for three point eight.
And that was always something that I regretted, not just taking the burden hand and the cash.
And, you know, in perspective, it was barely five percent difference, 10 percent difference in price.
And it would have been a home run to sell it as soon as we listed it.
And that was something that I, you know, that I learned from.
And, you know, a lot of times it's about the better deal, not not evaluated from more money, but from more certainty.
