We can continually evolve who we are.
We just have to choose to, and then know what to do.
And that's essentially what I've got in Big Trust.
It's this proven framework to help you change these four personality traits.
but something that we do differently.
Again, because when we say trait, people are like, oh, that's just who I am.
I can't change it.
So we've decided to focus on the trainable capacity or the trainable habit that then lifts that personality trait.
So we don't talk about self-esteem.
We talk about the habit of self-acceptance.
When you start to develop the ability to accept yourself for who you are, you no longer take feedback personally.
You no longer feel like you need the validation of other people because you accept who you are.
You no longer feel like you're afraid of failing because if I fail, then it means I'm a failure and then people will reject me.
You just accept this is who I am and I'm capable of growing.
So that's the first one, it's self-acceptance.
The second, which relates to self-efficacy is the trainable habit or capacity
of agency.
It's, hey, I can set a goal and I know that I have existing skills and I have resources and I have capacities.
And even if I don't know how to do it right now, I believe I can learn.
And then even if it doesn't work out, I believe I can learn from that and then do it better next time.
