Someone who is saying, hey, come and talk to me.
I'm open.
So that's the next thing.
Then, so we've got physicality, we've got face.
The other thing is going to be open palms.
So if you have your hands in your pocket, it's going to lead people to question your motives, etc.
Having an open palm is just a really good rule of thumb.
Then we move to how you speak.
A lot of the time, even if someone trusts themselves, and this happens to me before I step on any stage, we get nervous.
We get nervous because our body is priming us for all the things that could go wrong.

A really simple technique that I use is to tell myself I feel this way because I care.
I feel this way because I care about the outcome.
I want to deliver a good presentation.
