Magnetic charisma is come and talk to me because there's something about me that you find really intriguing.

And usually magnetic charisma reflects the human element, the values, the qualities that you really resonate with.

So if someone is speaking and you're like, wow, I love what you're speaking about.

It reflects values that I have.

You're going to want to go and connect afterwards.

But if someone is speaking and you're like, that's cool, that's funny.

But there's something not quite right here.

I don't really have a desire to keep going.

So this is what I love as well, because I feel like big trust, even though it's not related to values, it allows you to exude something that becomes very magnetic because it's not loud.

It's not bravado.

It's not arrogance.

It's just that deep knowing that.

That things will be okay because I will be okay because I have what it takes and I'm worthy and I could do this.

And that tends to attract people and also give them permission to do the same.
