If you look at the past paper exams over the last 13 years or so, they're always basically character analysis questions.
So for this year, the two that didn't appear last year were Cock and Millish and Deash.
So you would like to think one of those will appear.
There are no guarantees, but if all things are fair, you'd like to see one of the ones that didn't appear last year come up.
And you focus on character behaviour, focus on how they're interacting with one another.
You don't want to write a summary.
Writing a summary is the biggest mistake you'll make because it's capped at a H4 pretty much.
Yeah, answer the question with key scenes that are relevant, but you don't need to tell me everything that happens.
Sometimes students think, oh, I didn't mention this and it's really important.
If it doesn't help you answer the question, don't put it in the answer.
Three didn't appear last year were Macgrossa, Gavin and Nathara Keir.
If we're looking at the odds of probability, Macgrossa is the only studied piece that hasn't appeared in the last two years.
So it's likely to get a question on Macgrossa.
They did in the deferred exam, I believe it was last year, they had McGrath or maybe it was two years ago on the paper and they gave a contrast question for McGrath, which it had never been examined like that before.
So I would advise students to look at a contrast question maybe for McGrath, see how the poet compares the beautiful flowers and images from nature.
to the very bare basic description she gives of her husband's looks and I think that would kind of lead you in the right direction there and there's a 15 mark question a 9 and a 6 the 9 and the 6 I would advise you to start with those they take about 10 sentences between them to finish to get full marks and spend the remainder of your time on your 15 mark question
