There's another contractor that I think would do a better job.

And we recognize the impact of that and we don't do it often, but the point is really knowing that client and that contractor well enough to say,

what our level of expectation is.

And if we're not meeting it, what we're offering solutions to make that happen.

It's basically a week-long process where you take an idea to prototype to market testing to accelerate the R&D process.

And so it's very scripted down to like your office supply list.

But I would really like to lead a group within our organization through that process to figure out how technology can have a play in our business.

Because I know that we're missing opportunity there.
