He was going back and forth.

His previous attorney said this, that he was going back and forth, and it was close.

But it got to the point where we're filing.

And once it filed and it got to the insurance companies, it was like, this has got to go.

Yeah, like they're all, you know, they're just trying to deal with the settling.

I don't think anybody is really going to make it to trial.

Right, too expensive.

And some of them will go to trial, but, you know, the cost factor ends up being what saves me more money to litigate this all the way to the end, which, you know, at his legal fees and stuff like that, it could be significantly more than what he was settling with.

And he may be able to settle it.

Most of these he could probably settle for $100,000.

You know?

So when I called for legal, just to retain somebody was going to be $20,000.

Just to retain them.

Just because the minute they hear, did he?

Yeah.

They think you have a ton of money.

Yeah.

So I ended up taking the court appointed.

Oh, yeah.

Which which was nerve wracking, too, because, you know, nice guy, whatever the case may be.
