point becomes how well the expert projects his or her profile on our platform and that becomes a key.
So the way we look at it is every expert's profile is a very crucial page like how Amazon treats its product page so sadly.
We treat our expert profile pages that sadly.
So we introduce
And what is your goal?
Like I said, we still focus a lot more on our operating metric, which is the number of interactions on the platform and the amount of time spent on these interactions.
So we are aiming at about 1 to 1.5 million minutes of interactions by the end of 2017.
So how do you grow?
Like I said, so today TapChief is a pure-play transaction sort of a platform that is you come, you schedule a consultation, you go away.
And we wanted it to be like that when we sort of started the product and the business.
But as we have sort of come through the lifecycle, we realized that there needs to be a much more stronger engagement layer through which our users continuously sort of hear from our experts and can passively consume their knowledge.
And then eventually, which turns into a consultation at some point in time, right?
So this is why they're sort of, like I was saying, launching multiple things as engagement strategies on the platform.
So a gamified Q&A of sorts is in the works.
And that's all I can say right now.
I can't give too much information.
Yeah, so I mean in the sense that we are making a decent bit of revenue from a lot of partnerships and B2B collaborations and so on and so forth.
Like what?
like we have teamed up with online education courses where you know we power their one-to-one interactions through our supply and network of experts and through our technology while they just focus on doing the courses so there are multiple sort of such collaborations which are in place which drives revenue what would they pay for something like that
They pay for something like that because it's extremely difficult to pull off one-to-one interactions from a wide supply or network of experts from various domains for various other organizations for whom they're not best at this.
