So all of these consultations happen over a telephonic conversation.

So it depends a lot on how much effort an expert puts into his or her profile.
So we give sort of varied options for an expert to project themselves better, to try and rank better on our search results.
And once a user sort of lands up on their profile, how do you attract the user to actually place a consultation?
So we, you know, give a lot of tips and tricks to our experts to increase their chances of getting consultations, but that's been a process.
And yeah, so we have seen a large increase over time as we have introduced more and more things, more and more tools for the expert to get better.
So yeah, we do measure revenue, but one interesting aspect is that 40% of our experts do this pro bono, right?
That is they don't charge any money at all and they do it simply for the effort of sort of giving back and they like giving back and helping out youngsters and young businesses and so on.

What we primarily measure is the amount of interactions that are happening on the platform because today priority and the main prerogative for us is to sort of grow the community as opposed to focusing too much on monetization.
