During the day, if I have a two-hour block that I'm not doing anything, I'm going to watch something.
Because for me, that does shut my brain off.
And I think there's too many people judging what's real rest and what's not.
For me, I'm going to dive into a show.
You know, I might like it.
I might want to do a piece on it.
But for me, that's kind of what takes my mind and slows it down so I can recharge, right?
