Um, the problem with the money side is that the Supreme Court basically ruled that money is speech.

And just like they can't tell you what you can and can't say, the government can't tell you how you can spend your money.

So if you want to put your money into a super PAC, you can put an unlimited amount in there.

And...

I think that's basically been the death of our political system ever since.

That makes it very possible for elections to be bought.

Because money is fungible, I think it's hard to actually create a firewall around that.
