Could have been sharper, and I think they really struggled against the Carter Gauthier line.
And I don't think the goaltending has been as good as some of the numbers show.
I think even in game one, you saw some of the saves that Hart was making, and it felt like had the Ducks spaced out a little better in the offensive zone and were there for more of those second-chance opportunities, it would have been a totally different story.
So I think Vegas has more in the tank, and I think they need to find that gear if they're going to be the ones going to the conference final.
Yeah, he has a great shot.
He's one of the most frequent shooters in the league.
He can rip it on the power play.
He can do it at even strength.
And like for the Ducks specifically, too, you see that on a different line than Leo Carlson.
Leo Carlson was a scoring chance machine in round one.
And I think he still has so much room to grow to become that true superstar that it looks like he has a ceiling to come to have that spread across your top six for the next potentially, you know, 10 plus years.
That's a great threat to have.
Both of them just look really great so far.
I mean, I think the best move is collecting skill.
So if you can have Matthews and McKenna together, that's always a good thing.
