He just feels like a placeholder to me until someone else comes along.
And in this league, it's a safe bet someone else will come along because coaches, you know, the average tenure is only around two years.
So, you know, that coaching carousel will keep spinning and they'll find someone else to replace him afterwards.
But at the end of the day, this is a management problem.
