Like it's essential because I know how much it grounds me in my wellbeing and like gives me certainty in my day and like relieves me from the crazy, you know, spiral of the trauma, you know, the stress loop, the fear loop that we all can get ourselves into, right? And it's not about running away from it or trying to control it.
