I don't want you to write sentences.
I used to do that, hands up.
When I first drew my branches, I'd write a whole sentence.
And now it took me a while to go from the sentence to a couple of words.
But I find the words that keeps things clear and flexible and then you can remember.
And then what I started to do was I added colours and symbols beside my branch.
And the colours actually helps.
It's not for fun.
It actually helps your brain remember and connect better.
Don't worry about making it perfect.
It might look a little bit messy.
But mind mapping your first draft should be about thinking freely and organising things properly.
later I remember using one of the first times I used a really good mind map was when I was looking at planning recruitment and selection and I've used it in a variety of ways I used it planning recruitment and selection with a panel and what we needed to do
But one that you might be able to relate to, I used it for planning a training program in recruitment and selection.
A training program where I created 10 steps to finding that dream job.
So my word in the middle was recruitment and selection training.
masterclass.
So there was three words there.
Can you see, are you still with me?
If I was asking you, what do you think I maybe put in some of these branches?
