And it's much, much easier to remember ten words than pages and pages of script.
What do you think?
Is this making sense to you?
The second area that I find that can be very helpful for mind maps is meetings.
I find that sometimes meetings, they are just so unbelievably disorganised and people say to me, Sheena, we plan meetings and yes, you do need an agenda.
But if you're going to a meeting where you're going to be discussing new ideas,
some new ways to take the next quarter forward in your business, then doing a mind map on meetings can help to capture these ideas quickly.
And so a branch there might be capturing ideas quickly.
The second one might be relationships between topics.
And this is very useful for agendas, notes and action points.
So your agenda might be your 10 topics on your mind meetings, where you expand your two words into a sentence to discuss the idea of for next quarter.
Can you see where I'm going with this?
So your agenda will reflect your mind map.
The third one I want to share with you is sometimes we get asked from our boss to do a project.
And sometimes the project just seems so big.
The mind map allows you to break down that big task into smaller steps.
