But it was not an easy journey for me.
Thank you.
Love that.
Evidence doesn't get rid of beliefs.
And standing in front of a mirror going, I'm good enough, I'm good enough, I'm good enough.
You know, sometimes I listen to your wonderful tidbits that you give in two to three, four minutes, and I love them.
And if you have beliefs that are consistent with doing that and listening to you, you'll just take it and run with it.
If you have beliefs like I'm not good enough and I don't matter and I'm stupid and I'm not capable,
which so many people have, and I'm going to talk about, I actually want to make a distinction before I answer your question.
The distinction is beliefs versus patterns.
So a pattern is what you want to change.
Beliefs are a means to an end.
We want to stop procrastinating.
We want to stop workaholism.
We want to stop anxiety.
We want to stop being depressed.
So patterns are observable.
They're either behavioral or emotional.
And I can see you procrastinating.
I can see you not speaking up for yourself.
