All these three things together makes a big, big amount of how do you feel on an average day?
What problems, mental and psychological and also physical problems are you facing?
I do feel like those three areas is something where you can directly look into.
Let me try to really make it not too complicated for people and especially not too religious for people also, because the Noble Eightfold Path is often related to Buddhism and still many people in this world are believing that Buddhism is a religion or Buddhism is, let's say, a way of life.
But as for my understanding, in the first place, it is a practice.
It is a practice.
And what is this practice aiming at?
And therefore, let's jump very, very clearly back.
What is the aim of Buddhism?
Let's say to liberate ourselves, to transcend the cycle of birth and death.
Why?
Because if you don't transcend it, you suffer.
So meaning, what's the purpose of Buddhism?
To not suffer anymore.
What is the reason why we human suffer?
Greed, we want more than we need.
Hate, we reject sometimes or have resistance against what we are facing.
But the third one, very interestingly, is called ignorance.
And now ignorance for what?
