You don't need to be a martial artist.
You don't need to go into a temple.

So this is then suddenly where all the online teachings and what I was sharing five, six years prior to that,
started to somehow being spread in the world.

Conceptually, I understood very, very early, there is no way in trying to change the ideas of my parents.
There is no way in even trying to invest my energy and trying to figure out what people in my surrounding are expecting from me or having ideas what am I supposed to do with my life.
In that field of stress management, I also realized very, very quickly people getting stressed by the phone calls they receive.
People getting stressed by the emails they receive.
And so I just felt like all the time.
So I wake up in the morning, have a very great day.
Then I just look at that phone.
I just open like my laptop, read something and suddenly my life quality, my great day is gone.
