That just doesn't make sense.
This is not the way of how I imagine to live my life, being so dependent upon what type of impulses
I am exposed to.
Meaning, whatever is happening there on the outside, I don't want to be so much influenced that all these things can take away my well-being eventually.
And so that means very clearly, I cannot rely my own well-being the way of how I feel based on what is happening on the outside.
First of all, I can't fix it.

It is you yourself who needs to go through the pain, who needs to go through the training, who is the one who needs to motivate yourself, find your own purpose in why am I doing this.
There is nobody else out there helping you to achieve what you are setting on the mind.
And just similar like this development of your physical form.
I felt okay.
It is also the mental qualities.
It is also the mind capabilities that I felt like they also need to be properly trained and developed.
And this is the similarity that until today I'm trying to share with the people where many times you heard also maybe the term discipline.
