We're going to just do it.

Sometimes you just have to have that will and confidence.

And I think some of that is down to a lack of political economy.

Well, two things.

Lack of political economy.

So understanding how politics and economics function in the built environment.

And also a generation of politicians.

We're only beginning to see those MPs who can't afford their own homes, who can't afford rent, become ministers

I think it's about 600.

Oh, there'll be loads.

I mean, they have a population of obviously 1.3 billion and they do agglomeration like this really well.

So they know that they need to get to a million people.

I would say, I'm stalling for time, probably about 150.

In our lifetimes, Dubai didn't exist about, you know, 40 plus years ago, really, basically.

In places like, if you want, Tel Aviv, and also all the way, you know, most of the cities in China that were part of that 600, again, didn't exist 40 years ago in any kind of noticeable way that they do certainly now, right?

Well, actually, you know, you kind of had that list, right?

People have been visiting Britain to understand how we do it because they think we do it best, right?

So Milton Keynes, you'll find these kind of little designs repeated around the world when you go to other places, right?

For better or for worse, people have visited Britain continuously to learn and understand how we do what.

It's not build buildings.
