I'm joined by Melissa Doman, organizational psychologist, former clinical therapist, and author of Yes, You Can Talk About Mental Health at Work, and their latest book, Cornered Office, Why We Need to Talk About Leadership, Mental Health.

So maybe let's start on a more overview in terms of when we're talking about resilience, especially in the workplace, what are we getting wrong?
And where do you think the line between true resilience and emotional suppression is, especially in those high-performing environments?
And do you think part of that emotional suppression is maybe people don't want to be seen as being weak or they're afraid that if they actually express how they are feeling, they may not actually be able to control how it comes out?
