And, you know, we've had this conversation so many times.

And whilst that may be seen as a good thing because landlords are bad and first-time buyers are good, the dwindling stock of supply of homes to rent in this country is becoming a real issue for people who are tenants and who rent their home.

Not everybody can afford to buy a home.

Not everybody wants to buy a home.

We do need homes for people who rent as well.

And this is becoming something of a problem.
