That I choose to eat well, not for me, though I may get benefits from it as an unintended byproduct. I choose to eat well so that I can be a better friend to you. And so I think the correlation, and this is the thing that drives me nuts when we think about things like innovation or we think about things like health, is we make it a very I thing. You have to get healthy. You have to take a multivitamin. You have to exercise. You have to sleep.

So it raises the question, Because clearly we're failing as a people, as a nation, at doing all the things you recommend. Because most of the things you recommend, at the high level, what you recommend is a lot of work, right? It can be or not. It's just what you set up for yourself. But at a functional level, a lot of the stuff that you recommend is not difficult, not expensive, and pretty basic.
