You need consent of all parties for peacekeeping to be peacekeeping.
Otherwise it's peace enforcement and it's these other areas which this government wants to go into, but it is not peacekeeping.
I mean, the UN has issues, we know that.
But it was set up as a key part of our global order.
And if we just walk away from it and say, OK, it's done, it doesn't work anymore, we're just going to retreat to regional blocs.
