That's good.

Gerard, I've been calling this for a very long time, as you'd know.

No one's happy that someone loses their job, right?

And I heard what you asked Jarvis, and I thought it was a bit...

It was a bit of a strange question, you know, saying at Jarvis, are you happy losing?

No one's happy losing, seeing someone lose their job.

But in the AFL, it's a win-loss industry.

And when the wins don't come, after, you know, a certain amount of years, obviously your job is going to be up for debate.

And look, you know, I was happy this morning about the news.

Not that, you know, that someone had lost their job, but that, you know, that the loss is gone.

But, you know...

we can move on now and start fixing the issues at the club.

And as your previous calls have said, it goes to the board, the playing group.

There's a lot of players on there on that playing list that should be up for trade.

And there's a lot of players that have signed new contracts, a la Adam Chera, who should be up for trade because unfortunately they haven't delivered what they were brought to the club to deliver.

He's only played one good season and yet he's got a massive contract ahead of him, which I don't understand how that works, but,

For me, Gerard, the board is the one that recruited Voss.

They're the ones that need to be answering questions from members like myself.
