So that was good.
So I've never been too worried.
Sometimes if I'll watch it, I'll see myself watching it back and be like,
Could have said something way better than that.
But, you know, the editors have chosen what they've chosen for a reason.
Yeah.
It's just that it's just being self-critical, which I think everyone does in their job, regardless of what you're doing.
Yeah, I mean, they're all just people who love food at the end of the day.
The people who are really, let's say, famous are so because they've left their stamp on the food world and the hospitality industry in some way, whether that's because they've been on it for so long or they, you know, had a really original TV show or they've got a very strong personality or they, in Jeremy Oliver's case, you know, his cookbook is in, or one of his many cookbooks is in just about everyone's house.
houses that I know.
So it's been really amazing.
And then there are the celebrities who have like tens of millions of followers who I've never heard of and are meeting for the first time, which makes me feel really old.
But they're all amazing.
They're called creators and they're creative.
And so that's been really fun getting to know people and just seeing and chatting to them about
how hard it is that they work so hard.
Anyone who just says like, oh yeah, another internet creator, they are working their asses off way more than so many people I know in traditional jobs.
They really give it their everything.
So it's been a real mix and it's changed even in the three years that I've been doing it.
