Yeah.
And it is powerful.
And it came into this crazy classroom.
And this crazy classroom is beginnings and endings.
That's part of it.
So the beginnings are exciting.
The middles are great.
The endings are tough.
And then here we go again and around and around.
So if you can distance to know, there is a method to this madness in the end.
And I'm learning to be powerful and aligned and masterful in my life being a mirror of who I really am and what I really want to express and experience.
That all the hell flying loose just becomes an opportunity to get creative.
something amazing is going to happen today like that seems sort of fanciful and like oh it's all right for you to think like that but it's just a habit the other thing i suggest to people is that your your ego is catastrophic it's always going to look for the the worst case scenario it's survival yeah your spirit is creative but we tend to park our consciousness on catastrophic and
and we glide right past what's brilliant.
For example, I had a client that I worked with who was so agonized over the fact that she had a father who never, ever, once in her entire life gave her any validation, credit, recognition, and she had become quite a successful coach.
He was a general in the army.
He was, you know, military, didn't even validate what I did.
I mean, we spent a good year on this.
Well, then I asked her, how was your week?
And she's always amazing.
