And you're just like, oh, God, everyone's just seeing the real me, the one I've been trying to keep hidden.
Well, I've experienced it my whole life.
I mean, ADHD, we have interest-based nervous systems.
So if something's interesting, great.
We can hyper-focus.
We are not motivated by importance.
So, you know, I need to pay that bill or... Do the laundry.
Laundry's a great one.
Emptying the dishwasher.
All those, the fleas of life, I call them.
And I want to get it done, but I cannot, I can't even explain it.
I can't, it takes, I have to rely on adrenaline and cortisol to do it.
I'm trying to change that in myself now.
I'm being really aware of when I'm doing that because it's not healthy.
But to me anyway, not a scientist, I think that is where a lot of the procrastination comes from is it's just not interesting.
