You need a diagnosis in order to get the support, in order for people to have some kind of understanding of what you're going through.
But also, that's just the starting point.
And then it's about who are you?
You know, who really are you?
None, initially.
I was like, I mean, I don't know if you know, but I scored 100%, which I was delighted about.

And then I just was like, yeah, I don't know.
So I just left it for a few years and then things started to get hard and I revisited it and I went to see more people.
And I talked to my mum who said, to be honest, this kind of explains your whole childhood.
